Orders may be picked up in-store if specified during the checkout process or they are shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping available upon request. Standard shipping rates apply. We offer refunds for new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Custom items are not eligible for returns.

All refunds will be made in the form of in-store credit or the original payment/card. Please allow 5-10 business days for your full refund to appear in your account. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
